Refund Policy

1. Full Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund if: (a) you cancel your request within 24 hours of payment, before processing has begun; (b) we are unable to initiate processing of your specific request due to an internal limitation; (c) the service described was fundamentally misrepresented on our platform.

2. Partial Refund

If processing has already begun (e.g., government fees have been paid or documents have been submitted), we may issue a partial refund at our discretion, deducting actual costs incurred.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued if: (a) you provided incorrect information that caused delays or failed submissions; (b) a government authority rejected your application for reasons outside our control; (c) the service was completed successfully.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email info@administrativeservicesplatform.com with subject line "Refund Request — [your reference number]". Include your full name, reference UUID and reason. We will respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
