1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Administrative Services Platform ("ASP", "we", "our", "us"), operated by DATA PREMIUM ENTERTAINMENT INTERNACIONAL CA LLC (Florida Document No. L25000037878, EIN 33-3537215), at administrativeservicesplatform.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

ASP provides administrative facilitation services to assist individuals with documentary procedures for the United States, Latin American countries, and Spain. Our published $30 USD / €30 EUR amount is the management fee for our service. Government, consular, courier, translation, notarization, or other third-party charges may apply depending on the country and procedure. ASP is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

3. Service Fee and Payment

The management fee is $30 USD for procedures related to the United States and Latin America, and €30 EUR for procedures related to Spain. Any applicable external costs will be communicated separately based on the selected service and destination country. Payment of the management fee is required before processing begins. All payments are processed securely via Stripe or Square.

4. Service Delivery

We will initiate processing of your request within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Processing times vary by procedure type and destination country. Estimated timelines are provided as guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to (a) provide accurate and complete information in your request form; (b) supply any additional documents requested promptly; (c) not use our services for unlawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before submitting a request.

7. Limitation of Liability

ASP shall not be liable for delays caused by governmental authorities, third-party agencies, or factors outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fee paid for the relevant service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and design — is the property of ASP and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
